Charles C. Page, 68, of Woodward Lane, Clayton, Georgia, Died Friday November 13, 2009 in Habersham County Medical Center in Demorest, Georgia.
Born in Wise County, Virginia, he was the son of the late Howard and Eleanor Teasley Page. He had lived most of his life in Georgia. He was employed at the Fruit of the Loom for many years and was a member of the Damascus Baptist Church in Oconee County, South Carolina.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Billy Ray Page and by two sisters, Cleo Burke and Doris Ann Leotie, and is survived by his wife Rosia Lee Smith Page of the home. Two sons, Cecil and his wife, Lacy Page of Clayton; Samuel and his fiancé, Samantha of Clayton. Two Grandchildren, Abigail and Megan Page. Three brothers: Larry Page of Coburn, Va., Danny Page of Norton, Va., Keith Page of Monticello, Arkansas. Five sisters: Mildred Fultz of Big Stone Gap, Va., Nina Mullins of Norton, Va., Lois Sauers of Dawsonville, Ga., Darlene Page and Carolyn Page both of Cumming, Ga. Several Nephews, Nieces & Cousins also survive.
Funeral services will be at 2:00 pm Monday November 16, 2009 at the chapel of Hunter funeral Home with Rev. Delbert McCall, Rev. Sherill Ammons and Layman Lloyd Hunter Officiating. Burial will be in Rabun Memory Park.
The body is at Hunter Funeral Home where family will receive friends from 6 to 8 pm Sunday night, November 15, 2009. The family is at home on Woodward Lane Clayton, Georgia.
Hunter Funeral Home is in Charge of arrangements.
