Diane “ Hanner” Teague Williamson, 60, of Commerce, GA., formerly of Rabun County, died Saturday June 26, 2010 at her residence.
Born in Rabun County, Georgia., May 1. 1950, she was the daughter of the late Paul and Myrtle Page Teague. She was a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and was a member of the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church and attended the Erastus Christian Church in Commerce, GA.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Susan Speed and is survived by her husband, Henry “Bodie” Williamson of the home. Four sons: Bruce McCall and wife Cathy of Maysville, GA., Stacy McCall and his wife Vicky of Lulu, GA., Kevin Williamson and wife Joy of Gainesville, GA., and Derek Stevens of Gainesville, GA. One daughter, Shannon McEachin and her husband, Jim of Commerce, GA. One brother-in-Law, Andrew Speed of Clayton, GA. Four brothers, : Dan Teague and wife Martha Jo of Clayton, GA. Randy Teague, of Clayton, GA., Dee Speed of Clayton, GA., and Greg Speed and wife Pam of Clayton, GA. One sister: Karen Watkins and her husband Bill of Clayton, GA. Two step-daughters Cheryl Talley and her husband Shane of Otto, NC., and Melanie Lucas of Whittier, NC. Eight grandchildren and four step grandchildren. Several nephews, nieces and cousins also survive.
Funeral Services will be at 2:00 P.M. Tuesday June 29, 2010 at the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church in the Warwoman Community with Rev. Raymond Page and Rev. Steve Parker officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
The body is at Hunter Funeral home where family will receive friends from 6 to 9 P.M. Monday June 28, 2010.
The family is at the home of her niece and nephew, Cindi and Darren Freeman on Warwoman Road, Clayton, Georgia.
