Dickie Louis Justus, 74 of Dickie Lane, Clayton, Ga. Died July 3, 2009 in North East Georgia Medical Center.
He was born August 5, 1935 in Rabun County Georgia, to the late Alfred O’Neal Justus and Durall Dickerson Justus. He was a Carpenter for Residential Construction Company and was in the Coon Hunters Association, he also enjoyed Hunting, Fishing, and Stock Car Racing, and was a member of the Mountain Grove Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Alfred and Durall Justus and is survived by Essie Justus of the home. One son and daughter in law Randy and Susie Justus of Lakemont, Ga. Three brothers and one sister, Bobby Justus of Hollywood, Ga. Jackie and Glenn Justus both of Clayton, Ga. Virginia Watts of Clayton, Ga. One grandson Austin Franklin. Several Nephews, Nieces, and Cousins also survive.
Funeral Services will be at 2:00 P.M. Tuesday July 7, 2009 at the Mountain Grove Baptist Church with Rev. Larry Cannon and Rev. Doyle Patterson. Burial will be in the Mountain Grove Cemetery. The body is at Hunter Funeral Home where the family will receive friends from 6 P.M. until 9 P.M. Monday July 6, 2009. The body will be placed in the Church at 1:00 P.M. to lie in state until the service. The family will be at his residence on Dickie Lane, in the Germany Community.
