Archie Dale Vinson

Archie Dale Vinson, 59, of Rabun Gap, GA passed away on Thursday, April 1, 2021 at his home.

Born in Macon, NC, he was the son of the late Steven and Blanche Ramey Vinson. He worked as a self employed truck driver and was of the Baptist Faith.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Steven and Blanche Vinson and brothers, Alvin Vinson, Avery Vinson and Amory Martin. He is survived by two sons, Waylon and Cindy Vinson of Dillard, GA, Nathaniel Cannon (Shannon Selby) of Clayton, GA, two daughters, Crystal and Ethan Youngblood of Rabun Gap, GA, Laura Vinson of Rabun Gap, GA, a brother, Allen and Sandy Vinson of Clayton, GA and two sisters, Aleta Baker of Franklin, NC and Angelia and Clint Taylor of Clayton, GA. Five grandchildren and one great grandchild also survive.

The body is at Hunter Funeral Home where there will be a visitation at the Eastside Chapel on Saturday, April 3, 2021 from 11:00am - 1:00pm. A funeral service will be at 1:00pm at the Eastside Chapel following the visitation
with Pastor Raymond Page officiating. In Light of Covid 19 we ask mask to be worn and social Distance Burial will follow at Tessentee Cemetery with Rev. Robert Dryman officiating.

The family is at the home on Meadow Brook Lane in Rabun Gap, GA.
