Barbara Ann Webb

Barbara Ann Webb, 68, passed away on October 24, 2026, with her family by her side.

Barbara was born on September 7, 1958, to the late Vernice Ramey and Louise Holt Ramey. She was a member of Clayton Church of God and enjoyed spending time with her family. Barbara loved visiting thrift shops, yard selling sewing, and caring for others. She especially loved babies and enjoyed babysitting, finding great joy in spending time with children and helping care for them.

She is survived by her children, Justin Webb (Melissa), Nicole Webb (fiancé Timmy Nicholson), and Rosie Webb (fiancé Conner Justice); her grandson, Dominick Webb; her great-grandchildren, Matthew Webb and Oakland Lawrence; her sisters, Judy Thrift, Sheryl Green (Jerry), and Cammey Carpenter (Stacey); and her brothers, Johnny Ramey (Linda) and Scott Ramey (April); and several nieces and nephews also survive.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Douglas “Doug” Webb; her daughter, Kathy Lynn Webb; her sisters, Jean Carter, Linda Mackin, and Jeanette “Net” Webb; and her brother, Terry Ramey.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 28, 2026 at Clayton Church of God, with Perry Lunsford and Reverend Joel Winchester officiating. Visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. prior to the service. Burial will follow at Long Creek Baptist Church Cemetery in Long Creek, South Carolina, where she will be laid to rest beside her husband.
