Carolyn Ann Stewart Blair

Carolyn Ann Stewart Blair, age 74, of Cleveland, GA, and formerly of Clayton, GA, passed away on Sunday, April 12, 2026.

Born on December 14, 1951, in Rabun County, she was the daughter of the late Clay and Mary Stewart. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James C. Blair, who passed away in 2013.

Carolyn loved to cook and shared that passion through her work at South Rabun Elementary and Covecrest Retreat, where she prepared meals for everyone who visited. She possessed a deep love for Jesus, constantly studying her Bible and memorizing scripture. Her family was her greatest treasure, especially her grandchildren; only this past week, while looking at their pictures, she shared how incredibly proud she was to be their Nana.

Carolyn is survived by her two daughters, Pam Jackson of Cleveland, GA, and Melissa Keener (James) of Franklin, NC; her grandchildren, Brody Jackson, Emily Keener, and Daniel Keener; one sister, Janice Stewart; and one brother, Austin Stewart. Several nieces and nephews also survive.

A private service will be held at a later date.
