Charles M. Stever Jr , 79 of Blair Street , Tiger, Ga. died Saturday , October 11 , 2008 at his home .
Born Nov, 7, 1928 in St. John’s County, Florida he was the son of the late Charles Martin Stever , Sr. and Lunette Register Stever .
He was a retired Air Conditioning Mechanic with the Kennedy Space Center. He was a U.S. Air Force Veteran of WW II , and was a member of the Bethel Baptist Church , Tiger, Ga.
He is survived by his wife , Patricia Godrich Stever of the home . One son , Charles Martin Stever III ; Three daughters , Teresa Stever Pate , Penny Stever Renfroe , Sandra Stever Deloach ; Two sisters , Anne Stever Hall and Ruth Stever Boulineau. Fourteen Grandchildren also survive . He was preceded in death by a brother , C. Vernon Stever.
Funeral Services will be held at the Bethel Baptist Church Thursday Oct. 16 , 2008 at 11:00 AM conducted by Bro. Mike Cochran. Burial will be in New Smyrna Beach , Florida at Oak Hill Cemetery at 11:00 AM Saturday October 18 , 2008
The body is at the Hunter Funeral Home and will be placed in the Church Thursday where family will receive friends from 10:30 AM – 11:00 AM.
