Clifford Nichols

Clifford Vaughn Nichols, 70, of Clayton, Georgia., went to Heaven on February 2, 2015 after a long illness. He was preceded in death by his parents, Vaughn and Marie Eller Nichols, One daughter, Angela K. Nichols all of Clayton and two sisters, Violet Richmond of Maryland and Viola Eller of Virginia.

Clifford is survived by one son, Anthony (Jeanna) Nichols of Tiger, one daughter, Katrina Collins (Ryan Bye) of Clayton, one sister, Regina Watkins (Tom) of Clayton, three brothers, J.V. (Virginia) Nichols of Clayton, Jamie and Jeremie Nichols of Royston, GA., five grandchildren, Eden (Dylan) Hudgins of Clayton, Whitney (Joseph) Meacacke of Madison County., Dillyn Nichols of Tiger, Nathanael Collins of Franklin, Texas, Chelsea Collins of Clayton. One great granddaughter, Logan Hudgins, several nieces and nephews and a host of cousins and friends also survive.

Funeral Services will be Friday February 6, 2015 at the Wiley Church of God at 1:00 P.M. with Rev. Adam Wright officiating. Burial will be in the Persimmon Baptist Church Cemetery.

The body is at Hunter Funeral Home and will be taken to the Wiley Church of God in Wiley at 6:00 P.M. Thursday February 5, 2015 where visitation will be from 6 to 8 P.M. Visitation will be at the church Friday February 6, 2015 from 12:00 P.M. to 1:00 P.M. (The Funeral Hour).
The family is at the home of his son and daughter-in-law, Anthony and Jeanna Nichols on Tiger Tail Trail, Tiger, Georgia.
