David Mccoy

David Larry McCoy, 60, of Chicago, IL., formerly of Rabun County, GA., died Tuesday, April 3, 2018 in Chicago, IL.

Born February 8, 1958, he was the son of the late John H. McCoy and Margie Futrelle McCoy. He was a truck driver and a US Army veteran and was a Baptist by Faith.

David was preceded in death by his parents, John and Margie McCoy and a brother Michael H. McCoy. He is survived by his wife, Deborah McCoy of the home and a son Keith McCoy (Keri) of Cornelia, GA., 3 step-sons Matthew, Mark and Timothy Ehlert ., He is also survived by a brother John H. McCoy II (Regina), of Perkinston, MS., two sisters, Juanita McCoy Shope of Mountain City, GA., and Anita (Tinker) Ludovici (Leo) of Huntsville, AL., and one grandchild, Addyson, and by a special extended member of the family, Gail Dills McCoy of Mountain City, GA.

The body has been cremated and a private memorial service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in his honor to the American Heart Association- 47098 Papermill Drive Knoxville, TN., 37909 americanheart.org
