Elizabeth "Ann" Dotson Taylor

Elizabeth “Ann” Dotson Taylor, 94, of Lakemont, Georgia, passed away peacefully at her home on June 8, 2026.

Born on March 27, 1932, she was the daughter of the late Jesse Dotson and Narcisse Beck Dotson.

Ann was preceded in death by her husband of 70 years, Jesse “J.C.” Taylor; her daughter, Pamela Taylor; and her brothers, Jesse Dotson, Jr. and Tom Dotson.

Ann was known for her strong love for her family and her infectious sense of humor. She was a long-time member of Wiley Presbyterian Church.

She is survived by her daughter, Lisa McCall and husband, Stephen; her four grandchildren: Shannon Neblett (Ron); Leslie McKay (Shelly); Weston McCall (Peach); and Haleigh McCall; and a special great-grandson, Reed Mashburn.

In addition, Ann is survived by eight great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, June 9, 2026, at 2:00 PM at D.D. Taylor Cemetery with Pastor Jim Carver officiating.

The family will gather at 2088 Pinnacle Dr. Clayton, GA 30525.
