Ellen Watts Clevenger, 83, of Tiger, Georgia, daughter of the late Hubert and Ethel Baker Watts, died April 23, 2011. A Memorial Service will be at 2:30 P.M. Sunday July 24, 2011 at the Rocky Grove Baptist Church, conducted by Rev. Kyle Watts.
