Fred Shook

Fred Micky Shook, 70, of Grovetown, GA., died Tuesday, April 24, 2018 at University Hospital in Augusta, GA.

Born January 2, 1948 he was the son of the late Claude Oliver Shook and Rosa Anna Gibson Shook. He worked in drywall construction with Gene Collins Drywall and was a baptist by faith.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by brothers, JR Shook, JC Shook, and Adam Shook and sisters Eva Woods, and Cora Lee Newman.

He is survived by three sisters Geneva Chastain of Augusta, GA., Mazie Collins (JB) of Lincolnton, GA., and Barbara Collins (Gene) of Lincolnton, GA. Several nephews and nieces also survive.

Funeral services will be Friday April 27, 2018 at 2:00PM at the Chapel of Hunter Funeral Home with Rev. Gene Collins\
officiating burial will follow at Pickett Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Friday April 27, 2018 from 12:00PM to 2:00PM (service hour).

The family is at their respective residences.
