Howard "Zeke" Carpenter
March 28, 1942 — May 19, 2022
Howard “Zeke” Carpenter, 80, of Clayton, GA passed away on Thursday, May 19, 2022.
Born in Franklin, NC he was the son of the late Henry and Florence Webb Carpenter. Zeke attended Mountain City Church of God and was a kind-hearted man who would do anything for anyone.
He is survived by one daughter, Gloria (Mitchell) Cabe of Franklin, NC; three sons, Tim Carpenter of Franklin, NC, Jerry (Rohnda) Shope of Clayton, GA and Ricky Shope of Franklin, NC; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; two brothers Carl Carpenter of Clayton, GA, and Irvin Carpenter of Clayton, GA and several nieces and nephews also survive.
A memorial service is being planned and will be announced once available.
Hunter Funeral Home is assisting the Carpenter family.
