John Aime Rheault, 71, of Clayton, Georgia, passed away peacefully on September 24, 2026, at 1:00 p.m., surrounded by the love and memories of those who meant the most to him.

John was born on August 23, 1955, in Massachusetts, to Aime and Gladys Rheault. He spent his younger years growing up in Leominster, Massachusetts, where he graduated from Leominster High School.

John was a devoted husband to his beloved wife, Rebekah Rheault (Valiton). Together, they built a family and shared a life filled with love, challenges, laughter, memories, and countless moments that will remain with their family forever.

He was a loving father to Fred Wheaton, Carlo Wheaton, Bowie Wheaton, Mark Rheault, Luke Rheault, and Carolann Harnick (Rheault). John took great pride in his family and was always there to offer his children guidance, strength, support, and love. His role as a husband and father was one of the greatest parts of his life.

John had many passions throughout his life, including music, sports, and his faith. He enjoyed sharing the things he loved with his family and those around him. He was known for his ability to talk to just about anyone, his strong presence, and his natural leadership. His stories, conversations, opinions, and the way he brought his personality into a room are memories his loved ones will carry with them.

John leaves behind a family who will deeply miss him but who will forever carry his memory in their hearts.

He is survived by his brother, Robert Rheault; his sons, Carlo Wheaton, Bowie Wheaton, Mark Rheault, and Luke Rheault; his daughter, Carolann Harnick; eleven grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

Though John has left this world, the love he gave, the lessons he shared, the stories he told, and the memories he created will continue through the generations of his family.

A loved one never truly leaves us. They live on in every memory, every story, and every heart they touched.

Rest peacefully, John. You will be deeply missed, forever loved, and never forgotten.
