Joseph Chaloupecky , 79 , of Bradford Rd., Clayton , Georgia , died Tuesday October 21, 2008 in Greenville , South Carolina .
Born in New York City , New York July 11 , 1929 , He was the son of the late Joseph J. Chaloupecky , Sr. and Anastasia Hajek Chaloupecky . He was a Machinist and Tool and Die Technician with Continental Can Corporation, with Scoville and with the Aid Corporation ( in Clayton , Ga. ) He was a U.S. Air Force Veteran of the Korean War and was a former member of the VFW, and the American Legion. He was a former member of the Moose Club. He was a Catholic .
He is survived by his wife , Lucy Walldorf Chaloupecky of the Home , Three Daughters Lori Jones and Husband Roger , of Dahlonega , Ga. , Nancy Elliott and Partner Teri of St. Petersburg , Florida , Terry Steck and Husband Dan of Fairborn , Ohio . Five Grandchildren , Heidi , Eric , Daniel , Brittany and Nikolaus also survive .
The body was cremated and private services were held Wednesday October 22 , 2008 .
