Leah Ward, 75, of Daytona Beach, Florida., died Friday August 19, 2016 at the Oakes at Scenic View in Baldwin, Georgia.
The body has been cremated and there will be a Memorial Service held at a later date in Florida.
Hunter Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
