Lynn Speed

Connie Lynn Gravley Speed, age 63, of Clayton, passed away on Friday, September 18, 2026.

She was born on March 13, 1963, in Wilmington, Delaware, to the late Roy Craig and Sara Louise Houck Gravley.

She attended Battle Branch Baptist Church and in her free time, enjoyed reading and drawing. Lynn had a strong work ethic and spent her working years in numerous manufacturing jobs. However, much of her time was spent caring for others. She worked cleaning houses and also served as a lunch lady at Rabun County High School.

She is survived by her husband, Tim Speed; daughter, Sophie Speed; and sister, Lisa Dryman (Norman).

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
