Margaret Mozell Mcconell

Margaret Mozell Carnes McConnell , 82 , of Clois Rd., Clayton , Georgia died Friday October 30,2015 in Mt. Lakes Medical Center in Clayton.

She was born in the Liberty Community , Tiger , Ga. Jan.7, 1933 , to Martin C. Carnes and Leona Martin Carnes . She was the widow of Henry Ford McConnell.
She was a homemaker and was a member of the Liberty baptist church. Besides her parents ,she was preceded in death by three brothers, Lige , Calvin and Doyle Carnes and by a sister , Mary Gragg and is survived by two sons, Jerry McConnell (Rose) of Athens, Al., and by Donald McConnell ( Mildred) of Eastonollie , Ga. Five grandchildren and ten great grandchildren. Many nephews, nieces and cousins also survive.

Graveside services will be at 11:00 A.M. Monday Nov.2,2015 at the Carnes Cemetery on Carnes Rd. in the Liberty Community , Tiger , Ga. conducted by Layman Lloyd Hunter.
The body is at Hunter Funeral Home and the family is at their respective residences.
Hunter Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
