Martha P. Sheppard 80, Lake Burton Ga


Martha P. Sheppard was born on August 25 , 1928 and passed away on September 2, 2008 at the Kindred Hospital in Hollywood Florida .
Martha was a long- time resident of Marietta , Ga. and Lake Burton ,Ga . and was preceded in death by her husband , James L. Sheppard , Jr. Martha and James were employed at Lockheed – Martin for 36 years before retiring to Lake Burton in Clayton, Ga.
She leaves behind a loving family including two sons, James P. Sheppard of Birmingham Alabama , and Ed Sheppard of Canton , Ga. Two daughters , Debbie Mcdonald Harmon of Davie, Florida , and Cynthia Sheppard of Dania Beach Florida, also surviving her is seven grandchildren , Melissa Sheppard , Michael Sheppard , Christopher Mcdonald and Sean Mcdonald , Jason Sheppard , Summer Sheppard and Tiffanie Watters and by four great grandchildren , Ian , Kaitlyn, Malachi, and Connor .
She will be laid to rest at a graveside memorial service that will be held on Saturday , September 20, 2008 at Twelve O’clock PM at the Timpson Cove Cemetery on Lake Burton , Ga. An online register book is available at www.hunterfuneralhomega.com.
