Max O Moss

Max O, Moss, 78, of Fernwood Lane, Clayton, GA., died Saturday December 5, 2015, at his home.

Born August 15, 1937 in Towns County, GA. He was the son of the late Dillard K. Moss and Opal Ledford Moss. He was a carpenter by trade and was of the Baptist Faith.

Besides his parents he was preceded in death by a son, Dale Moss and by two sisters, Tootsie Hogsed and Ruth Taylor, and is survived by his wife, Judy Welch Moss of the home; three sons, Randy Moss of Easley, SC., Danny Moss (Danna) of Clayton, GA., Jeff Moss (Tracy) of Hollywood, GA., one daughter., Kenzie Hunnicutt (Nicholas) of Greenville, SC., four brothers, Aldon Moss, Doug Moss, and Larry Moss all of Hiawassee, GA., and Roger Moss of Hayesville, NC. Six grandchildren, Steven, Danyelle, Brian, Quiton, Molly and Shannon and six great grandchildren.

The body is at Hunter Funeral Home. The family is at their respective residences. Visitation will be at Hunter Funeral Home Tuesday December 8, 2015 from 12:00 noon to 1:30 P.M. Graveside services will be at 2:00 P.M Conducted by Layman Lloyd Hunter. at the Welch family cemetery on Leafwood Lane, Clayton, GA.
