Michael Anthony Edmonds

Michael Anthony Edmonds, age 57, of Lakemont, Georgia, passed away on Thursday, October 8, 2026.

He was born on July 1, 1969, in Fulton County, to the late Helyar Randolph Edmonds and Sylvia Juanita Brock Edmonds. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his grandparents, James W. Edmonds and Laura Taylor Edmonds; and his older brother, Ervin Edmonds.

Michael Edmonds was a man of Christian faith who enjoyed the simple pleasures of life. He especially enjoyed sleeping and was an avid Georgia Bulldogs fan, always showing his support for his favorite team.

He is survived by his son, Josh Edmonds; brother, Wesley Edmonds (Betty); grandson, Liam Jones; several nieces, nephews, and cousins; and a host of friends.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date.
