Phillip Wesley Ramey. 68, of Clayton, GA passed away on Wednesday, June 17, 2020 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center Gainesville, Georgia.
Born in Stephens County, GA, April 13, 1952, he was the son of the late Dewey Ted Ramey and the late Eva Belle McCroskey. He worked as a self employed Laborer and was Baptist by Faith. He was also an U.S. Army veteran who served during the Vietnam Era.
He was preceded in death, in addition to his parents, by a sister, Judy Palmer and a grandson, Christian Cesar. He is survived by a special companion, Christine Callenback of Clayton, GA, a son, Ted Wesley Ramey of Clayton, GA, two daughters, Courtney Garcia (Luis Licana) of Clayton, GA, and Heidi Ramey of Clayton, GA, by a brother Ted Ramey of Toccoa, GA and a sister, Gail Ramey (Buster) of Toccoa, GA. Nine grandchildren, Kia, Jimmy, Antonio, Jr., Lance, Sonia, Vicky, Angel, Martha and Yaya and one great grandchild, Brady also survive.
The body has been cremated and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
