Teresa Mcentire

Teresa Scroggs McEntire, 54, of MaryeEllen Drive, Cleveland, Georgia., died Tuesday December 31, 2013 in Habersham County Medical Center, Demorest, Georgia., while recovering from recent surgery.

She was born May 7, 1959 in Gastonia, NC, to Lewis Scroggs and Ruth Davis. She was a newspaper carrier for the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. She was a member of Old Nacoochee Missionary Baptist Church in Habersham County.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Lewis and Ruth Scroggs; by her husband Dennis McEntire and by her son, Michael Nations and is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Keshia Robbins (Dewey) of Cleveland, GA. A grandson Eli Alexander of Cleveland. Two granddaughters; Samantha Nations and Montana Robbins of Cleveland, GA. One sister, Pam Robbins (Ervin) of Blacksburg, SC.

Funeral Services will be at 1:00 P.M. Tuesday January 7, 2014 at the Chapel of Hunter Funeral Home with Rev. Kenneth Taylor officiating. Graveside services will be at 3:30 P.M. Tuesday at the Old Nacoochee Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery in Habersham County Georgia. Visitation at funeral home from 8:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. Tuesday (The Funeral Hour).

The family is at their respective residences.
